Yeah most definetly, I was surprised the information was there period... but it needs to be updated if its gonna stay there in my opinion

Thanks Drake sounds good, and Yes Icarus it is probably the number 1 rule... I was really concerned when I read the HoP guide to breathing and it didnt mention inhalation process at all...
