this is relly annoyin me i cnt seem to get the backward 3 beat weave i did it once but then fogot and neva been able to do it since iv tried for ages...but then gave up .any tips?

yes im new but not to poi been doin poi for 9 months i no all the basics and some fancie tricks but im hopfully tryin to move onto fire poi soon
