I started teaching myself staff in high school, around 5 years ago and have now progressed into Dragon Staff - LOVING IT!
After a couple of days practice my forearms are starting to become raw and tender... I was warned about this by my "mentor" and thus am not surprised.
I even have some ideas for lace up leather gantlet / wrist guards.
But was just wondering if anyone has some information on a good healing treatment that I could apply to easy the pain and accelerate recovery?
I am currently using a mix of coconut and lavender oil, with some good results.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
