Hi! I'm a newbie to this forum, although I've been spinning with a fire staff for a little over a year (no fire yet, though). I'm not a very sporty person (as my old high school gym teachers can attest) so it's great that I have fire staff as something to do because it's a real workout. For me, at least.
Um...other things about me:
1. I was in college but I'm taking a semester off. Sociology major. Don't get me going.
2. My nickname among real life people is Wednesday Addams because I have a really macabre sense of humor.
3. I once told the CEO of the Bears that I was a Packers fan.
4. I live in Chicago. Or at least near it.
5. I'm a writer and have my current manuscript being read over by a good number of literary agents as we speak. (or not as we speak, I guess. They're probably sleeping.)
6. I really really like goats.
Umm...yeah.
I guess I'll just jump right in though I don't have much of wisdom to share unless people want to know about sociological concepts like Not-Me syndrome or about the publishing market these days...which isn't the point of the forums.
I'll probably post a video I made of me doing the staff but I'm still incredibly basic in my abilities.
