Another cool idea I have found, not sure if it is new or not is to use the outdoor hockey balls that glow. These balls that you can use for an alternative for a tennis ball which is all ready weighted. The ball glows like mad if you charge it with a black light for awhile. This is for all of you who live where there is hockey, or sell street hockey equipement. They only cost $5.00 each and they are just as easy to cross over to poi as a tennis ball. You can buy them from Sport check!
