I found this site looking for information about fire dancing. I have been playing with fire in various styles like fire walking, candle dancing and other silly things for a long time. I watched a decent fire dancer last night and decided that I should give it a go. So here I am, starting down another path in life.

Hey! Welcome to HoP!

I do alot of work down in that area (friends with alot of people in PA) and am supposed to be going down there again soon.
Will let you know.

Motorcycles. Yum.
Favorite style/kind/make/model?
I'm a fan of cruiser over crotch rocket and while Harley's and Indians are in my family, some of the new Honda's are kicking some serious arse.

I'm starting to combine my love of art with the love of bikes to work on custom body art for bikes and helmets, though I've alot to go.

Candle dancing? What kind? Belly, modern, two back monkey dance?

Merry met and blessed be wink

Pele,

Not currently, but I was when I made the original post. wink

My current bike is a Buell Ulysses. I am into the adventure riding scene. A bit of dirt, a lot of twist and just eat up the miles. Over 10K since I bought the bike in January.

The candledancing actually started at an underground club in Hawaii. The club has a bit of a BDSM slant, and I was known for being good with hot wax. On thing led to another, and I started dancing with lit candles. Usually I will use tapers, but have been known to use votice candles as well. I do not use any sort of holder for my candledancing, just accepting that I am going to get wax all over myself. To be honest, I often would finish a dance by pouring a bit of the wax on my tongue. tongue
