Please advise me by letting me know the best practises to follow while starting to learn POI, it would be great if you can tell me whether certain moves or exercises are better to start of with,since you all have a lot more experience than i do......... hug

same time same direction. Do that over and over and over and over. then do it backwards over and over and over and over and over. then split time ame direction over and over and over, then the other way.


sorry, i dont do poi but i do know those those steps are pretty essential when learning poi.

One tip is try practice in front of a mirror or reflective window or something- if you can get your planes straight when you start it'll save a lot of re-training later!

Muscle memory can be a pain sometimes..
