hello everyone, I'm new here so thought I would introduce myself.
I live in South Africa, and no it's not that bad and no we do not hunt animals with our bare hands to be able to feed our families and no there are no lions roaming the streets... It's a real place! hahahahahaha...
I have just recently started spinning and loving every second of it, just gets so frustrating when I can't get something right... also learning some valuable lessons like "speed is bad", "poi can hurt a man - badly"
and "chicks dig guys who can spin" 
Hope to be good enough to send in some vids and pics in the near future! Happy days...

What is the wing speed of an unladen swallow? Somewhat of a random question that, but I find it pertinent to inform you that I am an avid bird watcher and have infact counted the wing cycles of said bird - approximately 56 beats per minute, not taking into consideration wind. (What colour is the bird?)

Hobbies other than the obvious: cycling, running, drinking beer with mates

Marmite, Vegemite, or Nutella? Marmite on toast... the breakfast of champions and people too lazy to get up early and cook a proper meal!
