Hi Matt

Good stuff, I had seen a little bit (ok one clip) of your two devil sticks from Bungay last year which looked pretty sweet. One thing I really liked from the above video was the balance you did (ala Magic Matt) whilst keeping the other stick spinning.

see you at some point soon

Dude, nicely done! It's good to see that your left hand isn't constantly doing a propellor whilst all the differnt tricks are done on the other. biggrin

the end balance throw = Niiiice.

Time for you to start working on Helicopter planes now... smile

And then three devilstick juggling!

Hey Will, long time no see!

You'll be pleased to hear I qualified 4 clubs this weekend too! smile

The clip from bungay was when I'd just started to run 2 devilsticks, so hopefully there'll be some more interesting stuff on this year's bungay video. biggrin

You coming back soon?

LTC: I hoped you'd like it. I did try to vary my tricks and use both hands. I had a go at getting the balance on the left, but it wasn't going to happen (it may soon, but it didn't in the time I spent in front of the camera).

I had a go at a curl and a propellor today for the first time in a while, and it wasn't completely insane, but...

There's so much to learn with 2 devilsticks. argh! biggrin

Y'see that bush in the background? UCOF was hiding behind it. Watching. And possibly rubbing himself wink tongue

That's a cool vid biggrin
When did you film it? A lot of the stuff in it's better than I saw you doing at the BJC.

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

Filmed last Saturday afternoon, so a couple of weeks on from the BJC smile

I'd been practising in the sun for the previous four hours or so. (Not just devilstick, but a bit of everything). Some of it was pure luck, some wasn't wink

To be fair though, that was the best 3 mins of about 17 mins of footage, including a fair bit of dropping. ooooops But still, doing the balance twice, on video, and once out of that tick-tock to two propeller start, too... biggrin

Matt, I would have watched it last night, were it not for the fact hat Im totally knackered when I get back from work, and all I want to do is curl up in a ball and die. frown

I'll try sometime this weekend.

I hope you havent chosen the Spice Girls for the music tongue

I like your hat.

I like the song too, whats it called?

Also a little note, a tad more visability on the sticks would have been nice.

Muchos love

Hi Aimee

I wanted a bit more visibility on the sticks, but I set up the camera and then went to a point where I thought I'd be in shot I'm still learning how to film myself - it's rather hard - because you have to kind of correct afterwards!

Thank you so much.

The music is a part of "Jaguar Skills - Who is he? The Mixtape" by Jaguar Skills, which was (hopefully still is) available as a 100+MB download from his myspace.

biggrin

Hopefully the next vid will be better still. smile

looking good! smile

I know how difficult it is to film yourself, so nice one for getting yourself in the centre of the shot for most of it!

offtopic btw, do you have a sister called Rachel? I just remembered where I recognise your surname from..
