Location: The wrong place
Hi! I'm really new at this but, considering that I'm a Leo with an Aries/Mars decanate and was born on a Tuesday (Aries/Mars again), my next logical step has to be fire dancing. Always loved the primal quality to fire dance and can't wait to get good enough to show off a bit!

Something kinda funny that I just got in email from my course site...
If you're an on-campus student you are required to report the following...
*weapons possession
*rape
*drug abuse violations
*robbery
*motor vehicle violations
*burglary
*liquor law violations
*murder
*aggravated assault
Sure am glad that I'm an on-line student.
Don't have to report that murder that I witnessed this morning!!
Is all of this just common sense or am I completely cuckoo?

I suppose this way no one can turn around a sue!! Saying they weren't told about such things.... You have to protect yourself in this stupid society we live. Cause no one takes any responciblity for their own actions anymore. Its always someone elses fault.

As always, top of around 27 degrees without a cloud in the sky!! Beautiful. And i'm doing just fabulously its friday the 13th and the day is getting better by the minute.

Did you know that the origin of the number 13 as being unlucky came from the old ways of there being 13 in a traditional witche's coven? It was made into a number of misfortune and bad luck by early christians!!!
Thing is...if you consider the fact that Jesus had 12 disciples and then himself...now how many does that make?

Actually I've always considered 13 a lucky number. I don't ever remember something bad happening on Friday the 13th.

I used to
driving past the city along coronation drive towards auchenflower, cos you went straight past the arnotts factory...smelled *SO* good... but it's gone now...
however... I've got all my kids with me this weekend, and my sister brought her 5 around as well (yes, stupidity runs in the family), so mum baked 3 batches of assorted choc chip cookies... *licks lips*

I love mine to pieces, too.
Unfortunately, I just got home from having to take my dog to the vet. She had to be put to sleep.

Thanks guys.....
She was a good ol dog.....almost 10 and had been having respiratory probs off and on.
Vet said that she probably had a tumour in her lung.....
Aspirating blood.....suffering.....couldn't take it.....

My heart still hurts...keep expecting to hear her 'talking' at the back door.....
She was actually more my son's dog than anyone else's.
He picked her to keep when he was just 8 yrs old...now 18 and had to go and bury his dog...not exactly a happy camper...he sat with her thru every litter of pups that she ever had...would not lay down until he was right there beside her...
We're all just really sad...
