i tried a staff with fire after a week of practice
. stupid i no.
but i realised it wernt all that hard at all, an when i got burnt it didnt put me off, just made me wana do it more.
neways, got a couple o nice blistas on my hand wer i tried 2 grab the metel between the wicks

sounds like you need to practice a bit more
most of the burns you get from spinning are from the metal componants
by why staff? poi is soooo much better
