Maybe I can start really being graceful and stop pretending that I am!
I am having trouble doing the one forward one backward thing.. but I will get there eventually! Any pointers on how to stop hitting myself in the head would be appreciated!

make sure your keeping one hand below the other and the bottom hand alittle infront of the top hand.......... hope that helps but thats the thing with butterflys when you mess up they allways hit either on your head or between your legs
