sandy - i'm living with my folks on the wrong side of london for you so i don't know if that helps but you'd be welcome to stay if you needed to!
an i know exactly what the surrey hills is, it's a crappy hotel on box hill an a good description for the generally hilly area in which i inhabit and know very well... like the back of my hand in fact...
on the other hand if you're about to tell me that the hills were originally the breasts of a tribe of giant amazonians from jupiter who go trapped in the earth of the london basin billions of years ago while trying to seduce the sun... well, then i'd be impressed... and i'd go for a walk in the those hills right now...
