when you are having a bad day?
when everything just seems to be going wrong? and when you are just generally upset and feeling down?
im that way today, keep wanting to cry and feel a bit lathargic and spaced out and just want to get back to being me but i cant?
any ideas?

i have ferrero rochers in ive already eaten 2 chocolate dohnuts and a chocolate muffin il be fat by weekend...

if its really bad i go for a walk then medetate outside
just think about things that are good
then look at the things that are bad and try and understand how you can change them
then sit and relax and medetate some more

Indeed. Dtrinking doesn't solve problems. It should *never* be relied upon to see things through
Meditating is anything but complicated. Just find yourself a little spot, sit upright (you dont have to cross your legs or anything...) close your eyes, and just focus on your breathing. Nothing else. You'll find that your subconscious will start thinking almost immediatly.
Instead of brushings these thoughts aside, question them, ponder on them, ask why you're thinking that particular thought.
Or just try and focus on your breathing "breath in, breath out". Whichever feels better

makes it sound like being in labour lol
and thats actually what u do in yoga but u add moves
in fact i bought a new dvd player today i may do some yoga after my film

privaliged (sp?) as i am to drive an old vw it doesn t matter how bad a day i've had just driving my albert home brings a smile to my face
if its been that bad i play with some fire

i just had the worst night, my bf has dumped me without a word basically he has just blanked me for 3 days and been chatting to other girls on a forum site on wap (mobile internet) but wont talk to me, i know this because i have a spare user name on the site and i messaged him with that and he messaged back unaware it was me...
we was ready to move in together and planning another child so i sort of feel at the lowest at them minute because i trusted him so much and loved him and in reality i have just been sent back to earth with a bump.
and it hurt lol
grrr at ranting thats got that off my chest sorry just needed to say all that.

Are you 100% sure he has dumped you though?
it does look that way,
but looks can be decieving....
The thing that I always think whenever stuff gets stuffed, is that my life HASNT changed. Im still who I am, I can still be who I want to be, and that people who bear me ill wind... are just tossers and I cant be bothered with them.

i just want to punch something (well him)
but its me i always bounce back ive had worse happen to me loads worse, i just need to learn not to fall for the wrong guys
you know when you just have to blurt it out so it isnt going round in your mind well this is one of them times

i have been calling him, texting him, messaging him on wap and emailing him...
he has been chatting to other gals in the forums on wap and i used another user name i had on there and sent him a message and he didnt know it was me and he replied chatting me up so im pretty sure he has felt like moving on
its not the first time he has done this either just last time he didnt come back on wap or net for months and when he did he won me back.

Whenever I feel crappy...I usually just buy some alcohol and get drunk by myself (like I'll be doing tonight) then sleep and hope it will be better when I wake up.
Hmm...
That's not always a good option though.
Watch some movies, have a long bath, read a book, listen to happy music, sleep it all away. You'll be alright soon enough. All the best

If you're angry, get a hatchet and go to a random forest and hit a random tree a few times. Failing that, hit your pillow with a baseball bat or similar.
If you're upset then do something that you did when you were happy. I listen to Hanson because not only is the music happy, but I listened to it at one of the best times of my life. Or watch a film that you first saw with your first boyfriend or something. You associate the action you do now with the emotional state of the first time you did it, so it makes you happy!
