Hello everyone,
I've just emailed Northampton Council to see if they'd let people spin at the balloon festival. Will keep you posted on how it goes.

It's on the 18th-21st August.
I've decided that since they haven't responded i'm just gonna do some anyway.. so if there are any spinners in northampton, please come along.. it'll be a laugh! I'll more than likely spin on the friday and saturday nights! Provided i don't get told to get lost by security!!
