Hey there, welcome to HoP!!

I had a wrist injusry a couple of years ago, I used a neoprene wrist support from Argos (of all places), it worked really well. it was only a few quid too!

Hope that helps. smile

I have really bad wrists but i'm yet to find any supports that give enough support without restricting movement so if you find anything let me know!! So far i just grin a bear it. I'm hoping that the more i spin, the more it will build up my wrists

You might want to practice with sock poi rather than fire poi. Not only will they cause less black eyes and bruises but also they are much easier to spin because you can slow them right down too. Also fire poi often tend to be rather heavy which won't be helping your wrists.

happy spinning biggrin

hello! welcome to hop! wave

My first set of poi were fire poi but i quickly realise that they hurt quite a lot! my advice would be to invest in some knee-length socks, some cheapy crappy juggling balls, and make sock poi! biggrin tis easy, inset juggling balls into socks, tied a fat knot in the end for a handle and viola, the best poi in the world!
