It's been a while hey?

I've changed a bit since first wrote this intro post!

Well, I'm now 19, living in Melbourne. I'm studying Justice in the city which commences feb 12th. I'm kind of excited but kind of scared at the same time.

Unfortunately the 'spark' for firetwirling still hasn't been rekindled, it's probably been about a year since I've picked any toys up, not sure if I'll ever start up again.

I've been up and down and diagonal over the last however long it's been but I'm pleased to announce that I'm back, and I'm okay smile

Love & butterflies

- Steph

Whilst 'to boot', with regards to the oxford english dictionary, does mean to kick something. The context I used it in is british slang and means 'as well' I.e. 'Miss tiger is lovely and hot too boot!' translates to: 'Miss tiger is a wonderful indervidual, with a great personallaty who I also find very attractive and alluring!'

That clear it up for you both?

Steaks - I understand you have to spell things out for these Or-strar-lee-anns but jsut so you know I understood both references. It's just much more fun jumping on the opposite meaning and making fun of it - people do it to me all the time (that's how one's innoncent sayings end up on someone's signature) biggrin

It's come to the point where the only food I have left in the house is some museli and pistachios. As much as I hate shopping, I don't think I can put it off any longer! I need to do a big grocery shopping session but I don't know what to buy. I'm hopeless

What should I buy?
And more importantly, what can I cook for dinner tonight?

Something easy

Suggestion box now open!

Homemade spaghetti sauce. You can cook a whole bunch of it at once and it's relatively easy to do, and freeze it in containers in single/double portions for later use. Wholesome, easy, and yummy biggrin

Fried rice. Easy. Tasty. Or buy a BBQ chicken from the supermarket. Then you can eat it on its own, use it in sandwiches, and mix it in for a chicken fettuchini. Yummy!
