Argh, I haven't twirled in ages
I have been so caught up with the band I've been playing with. Just finding it hard to juggle the two. Tell me anyone who has been in a situation like this. Please help me out here!!!

I am building an led mike-stand to spin with on stage and play with my stick when i have nothing better to do
but I also have kids. and a full time job .mucho managment of time is involved but so far so good:)
