hi all
i have been here for bout six months, and finally decided to do an intro.
hi, im pete, petey, pineapple pete and various other things. born 5 / 4 / 89. living in melbourne.
I do alot of poi, bit of staff, bit of doubles, cross staff and fire eating. i want to learn rope dart, flynt got me hooked, and im tryin to self teach 3 section staff.
I like: fire, magic, juggling and all things musical
dislikes: seafood *ick*
ive been doing magic for a bit over a year now. i do alot of sleight of hand card magic, aswell as coins and anything else i can get my hands on.
in my spare time i like to do escapology. I can pick my way out of a pair of US police handcuffs in under 10 seconds, and get out of a straight jacket underwater

how far are u from the merimbula - bega area. im comin up this Xmas. do u know any twirlers at merlimbula, i saw them last year, but they were on the other side of the lake, so when i got there, they had packed up.

Pete, im a bit more north from Bega,maybe a few hours...say about 6. So i cant really say i know any twirlers...sory, but i will be in Surfers in QLD for schoolies and then over new years at Falls Festival in Lorne in Vic.....so i you, or anyone is likely to be round there you simply must let me know

nope.
tis byron bay blues and roots music festival *drool* its on every easter up there. i went there last year, they've had people like John Butler (a local) cat empire (great live), ben harper, james brown, michael franti (so good live) the wailers and many more.
its a great festival and goes for 5 days.

Yeh i know bout blues and roots fest, my bro went this yr and last, i was goin to go this yr but like you pete, i didnt have the money
Well we can go to falls then to nxt yrs blues fest
and im gona try to squeeze in Homebake after skoolies.....hmm wonder where im gona get all this money from..hehehe

when i was there last year, there were two people who did poi. me, and some guy i met. so naturally we showed off for a while, then saw james brown. twas fun. unfortunately i never saw him after that, and he had some good skills.

they are uber great live.
cant wait for byron, although its a really long way away. recomended you book early, speshly accomodation, it gets sold out fast. the campin ground's toilets n showers get huge cues aswell. mum loves the festival, and hates campin so i think we're gona be in some cheap place. cant wait

i called up a recording studio (woodstock studios) a few weeks ago, askin if i could come in for work experience. they said yes! im so happy. what more, this is joe camilari's studio, and is also where the john butler trio recorded sunrise over sea.
