right. I'm ageing rapidly so this thread needs an edit.
NAME: birgit
LOCATION: edinburgh
AGE: 27
JUGGLES: balls, clubs, poi, a tiny bit of staff, diabolo and devilsticks but has not much time to practice and screwed-up wrists at the moment
HAS: been playing poi since autumn 2004
DOES: a phd in toxicology
DOES (when not working/surfing HoP): play guitar, play bass guitar, sing, be outstandingly crap at pool, travel
LIKES: rock/pop/indie music, soup, stuff with melted cheese, meeting strangers on trains and airports, ale-testing, parties with silly themes, raspberries, strawberries, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, rambling, movies/comedy, random silliness, fantasy books, black and red clothes, ...
ALSO LIKES: the Edinburgh jugglers and Beltane-people
WOULD LIKE TO: be a vampire for a day/night, travel more, have about 10 hours more in the day, have more snow in winter and less rain in summer, own a chocolate tree

I do indeed have interesting friends
Which is why I'm off now to get dressed up as Grace Kelly and go to a murder mystery party. And then I'll catch 2 or 3 hours of sleep and go off on the train and another train and a plane and a bus to go and spend a weekend with the black cat, another interesting friend and whatever surprise toy he has bought for the occasion

I've got loads of brilliant ideas. Unfortunately most of them are just as helpful and effective as this one. But to get drunk in themiddle of the day and the middle of the week when trying to set up a Dragosani-trap is still a nice outcome.

I have a new favourite way of getting drunk
sitting naked in the rain on a table at a picnic area in the middle of the night and watching cars pull in the parking space, then leave again because there's already people there and they don't want to be disturbed either
not sure it's a good trap though, he might talk about funny Belgian ways of saying "it's raining" again!
