.....does anyone have any ideas on how i would do this
basically i took up staff after i started poi i enjoyed it for a while while there was still stuff to learn on hop free lessons, but then i learnt all that stuff...
anyone whos going falmouth that does staff could really save me here lol

If you spin anythin eles :diablo, yo-yo, kunchuchers, knives whatever try an incorperate the same movments into your staff spinning?!

i would like to do some contact, but its a bit frustrating right now it being very cold and me having a metal staff doesnt help

contact staff is definitely the way forward!

if you are cold, wear gloves
it's not like you'll be needing your hands anyway
have a look for mcp's website for handy tutorials

what about doubles staff? thats probly easier to learn than contact (in my opinion at least) cuz you already have the movements.. staff is a bit more limited than poi, unless you do doubles..

staff limited?i thinks not stickman...i was in the same palce a month or two ago but contact really helped just download some staff vids get the feel for rollin ur staff all around ur body and ur set....im not saying its easy but its really worth it in the end...this will help

Get into staff, come on really lets just calm down here, you'd have to be anorexic and very nimble
