Ow. I just got one off a door handle.
And it felt like I got one off the wooden desk the computer's on. Although that's not too likely.

The wooden desk probably has a stray bit of metal trim somewhere and that's where you got it from. I get lots of them at work - I blame the carpets!

Now you metion it there's a metal pole fairly close to me.. the shock must've jumped a little way though! I hope it made my hair stand on end.

i love electric shocks! got a small one on sunday whilst unplugging a lamp
i often see sparks when i'm taking off jumpers, and when i had a car i got shocks everyday from the door.
currents run through me quiet easily (and no references to raisins or diahorrea here please)
there used to be a faulty lamp in a pub i used to go to, that i could hold onto and then gently touch unsuspecting passers by and pass the electric shock on to them
endless fun.....i want to be hit by lightning (only if i can survive it of course
)it's on my list of things to experience before i die.....

I think I'd like to get hit by lightning, but only a little bit. and I'd want it to leave a cool scar on my back
