hello everyone i am a very new newbie as ive only been spinning a couple of weeks. ive wanted to learn how to spin for about 2 to 3 years but never knew anyone who could teach me to spin. that was until i moved out of norfolk and to wiltshire to do a degree at this totally boring army base.
i met this young lady that you all know as vixen through a friend of mine ive made since ive moved here and she has been teaching me ever since. i must admit im not that good but have picked up some of the basics!
i just need to learn how to combine tricks and play around.
i have just got myself some fire poi on order as i am looking forward to spinning with fire.
well if anyone wants to chat please do as i always need to find ways of getting through the day at this place.

i have just sorted out how to do the reverse 5 beat weave after a painful learning session this morning! i took me an hour or so but i can do it!
how cool is that!

it's just a pain as i have such a busy life, vixen keeps telling me off all the time for going to the gym and doing sports. i can see where she is coming from!!!

every hour i do on my upper body i do an hour on my lower body too! to keep my fitness level the same, anyhows im getting fitter now, as you know ive lost a lot of fat off my body so it must be working!
by the summer i will have my body look sorted for the beach and spinning nude hey vix?
