I do both, but i prefer staff as it is easier (for me..)
I am also trying to learn double staffs, contact juggling and devil sticks... not that its working, mind.

ok thats cool but i think in many ways staff is harder than poi. there is more variation in moves and eveery high thoughs wich you cant do with poi

The problem with poi, is that you sometimes have to concentrate on kepping the poi parrelel with each other or whatever. With staff, the only thing I have to concentrate on is my head, and my intimate areas...

I do poi and staff, but much better at staff, so much more time spent on staff. I do frisbee golf too. Does that count? I have a giant frisbee that i wanna do a fire frisbee with, does that make a difference?

Really need to do some more staff, after going to the last big Clapham meet saw some excellent staff but both have their merits
Well after a set of monkeys fists broke I took the broken poi to Clapham for a bit of fire cricket - forgot the gloves though so bowling/fielding was a bit of a dangerous pasttime

hmmm i think the only way i could do staff is if you attatched them to poi... at the moment anyway i do poi and would like to do staff but at the mo all my time is taken up with poi, its taken over my life every where i look i see things i could spin and ways to adapt them to make more things i could spin...
