just stopin by to say hello and intruduce myself. been doing fire poi for about 5-6 months now and lovin it. couple weeks ago i finally got the BTBW down, which was my biggest goal when i first started spinning. moving onto staff now and having more fun it than i did with poi =)
im a gamer too, live in the US. also play a lot of basktetball and always lookin for a race....even if my car is really slow =)

The guy that got me started on all this does devil sticks too, i was still in awe over poi at the time and didnt pay attention to what he was showing me, was busy trying to figure out how he did the weave in my head. Only been doing staff for about a week now, taking it slow this time. When i started with poi i was so concerned with learning as much as i could as fast as i could that that i missed a lot of the basics. Im at the point now where I can do 5 beat everything (cept behind the back), btbw backwards and a whole bunch of wraps and hyperloops, but i still cant do thread the needle to save my life =\
as far as games i play a few racing games on PS2. Everything else is on the computer, mainly anything thats been emulated (everything up to Gamecube, been on a Zelda craze the past month) and im finally walking away from a year long Everquest addiction (one day you wake up and just realize....that game is really stupid)
