hey everybody i need some help it may sound absurdly trivial but in the videos its a touch too fast and i cant tell, so when you are spinning in one hand, do you roll the staff over your hand (i.e between your thumb and forefinger) or do you twist your hand till it snaps :S lol thanks in advance for your help ... xx adam xx

Theres lots of ways to roll and spin. All good for different things.
I recently just learned to palm vertically and last night someone showed be how to get an extra beat (rotation) in each hand while doing a rotor befoire changing hands. I never would have thought to even try it.
Try everything both ways too.
