Some of you may realise this is in fact my second post, but I hope I'm not too late in introducing myself.
I am 19, my real name isn't Bûzrael and I've been spinning for a month and a bit. I'm not terrific but I've managed to master the HoP lessons and am now in the process of improving my fluency.
I am from Georgia (the ex-soviet state) and am currently residing in Istanbul, Turkey. If you are reading this two months after the post date, then I am (hopefully) studying art In Edinburgh, Scotland (if you are reading this more than 10 months after the post date, I am [hopefully] no longer 19).
I am tall, thin, look like Azazello from 'Master and Margarita' and l like long walks on the beach.
(the subject of the thread is completely unrelated to anything I just wrote, but is a fantastic short story by Alice Manro, which I recommend to anyone)

you're not too late introducing yourself, no need to worry about that. i've been swanning around here for almost a year and haven't even got round to it yet

tell me, is there much of a spinning community in georgia, or istanbul?
Edit: today would have been a good day to introduce myself though, seeing as i passed my 500th post around lunchtime. perhaps i'll wait till 1000

there is in Istanbul, I've come across a number of groups or people who spin/juggle. About Georgia, I don't know, haven't been home for two years and haven't a clue to be honest.
