There is onething in this world that is permanent and unchanging-that which exists in everything and is still there in nothing-that which gives rise to change and is still present in the static. It is the recognition of this one thing-the appreciation of this one thing which is far better then sex or love in my opinion...though I would say that love is an externalisation of the recognition of this one thing...but that's another story for another time.
