I wanna share with u my nice experience from yesterday...i was spin on the beach and i felt so great,happy...pois are miracles...yes yes...
i like that silence,that u dont need to talk at that moment and ppl somehow uderstand u...!if not they like it or they think u are crazy,mad...yes,they are right in all ways what they think so...

I was out in the sunshine, not spinning but being filmed for the news (anyone in east anglia watch tonight at 6!)
Now I am sunburnt... my shoulders, back and knees.... not legs! knees..... tan ahoy! once i get past the painful bit!
