while trampolining today at school i was struck by a thought. how about using poi with a trampoline? It could make some pretty wicked leg wraps doing a straddle jump, as well as using sumersualts as a turn. oh ideas ideas! has ne 1 ever tried this? any move ideas?

yes it can be done and yes it is majorly good fun. Just remember it's more important not to land on your head than do the perfect BTB weave ^_^

I've done some trampoline with fire poi
(I know really bad). I was told it looked awsome. I was a gymnast for 8 years so I was all over the place. Upsidedown sideways it was a rush. It's combining two disciplines so before you combine poi and trampoline, make sure your comfortable with both. But I highly reccomend it, not with fire though, too many things can go wrong. Do as I say not as I do

Is it a Big trampolin? I don't know about having trampoilins at school, it sounds like your gym teachers a perv !
I would love to see fire on a trampoiln though, maby some fire fans. Or maby a ring of fire around the edge of the trampolin, that would be cool too!

The best thing to do with poi on a trampoline is to do leg wraps whilst summersaulting (in my opinion) its just crazy but it usualy ends up with bruises and pain
