Hey Everyone...
Just a few quick words to say hi and to introduce myself a little..
Well, im a 21 year old female who lives in Brisbane Australia but hails from Masterton in New Zealand..
I have been playing sticks for the past 7 months now, my friend Allie taught me and I love her for it. My fav toy is the short staff, although I have recently bought a new stick that has a lot more length on it and its been interesting to use the two... I also use poi and devil stix and can juggle like a demon...not... I work for an insurance company by the day but during my spare time I work in a lot of mystic fairs doing readings with tarot and palms and auras and such...My fav book is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S Thompson...and also a book Im reading at the moment called "Crossing Over" by john Edwards the medium guy off the telly... The highlight of my life to date was running into The Tea Party after their brisbane concert and hanging out with the drummer Jeff Burrows for beers... That was great.. I saw Tool play the other night and I can say without a doubt that the concert was one of the best I had been to in a long time..go if you get the chance...![[Razz]](images/graemlins/tongue.gif)

I was always scared with my mother's obsession with the good scissors. It made me wonder if there were evil scissors lurking in the house somewhere.

Heheh, thanks Pounce! Before I cut my hair, it was down to the middle of my back, then CHOP to the shoulder. I like it this way, but my family liked it when it was long. It didn't really matter though, because my hair was fried anyways, so I had to cut it off.
Lalella, my family doesn't like anything I do!

Though I find the feeling of braids heaps different to the feeling of dreadies... braids tend to pull your hair in all funny directions

The dreadies were ok.. I think it may have just been the braids...
I was saaaaaddddd taking them out cause I felt like all the hard work that you and the becca fairy done wasnt for long... BUt I kept them all so that we can make other stuff with them too....

Never mind chicken!!! We don't want your scalp all ouchy and itchy ...otherwize you'd go mental and turn into a crazy chicken! hehe (turn into...? haha ) And I had loads of fun sewing them in... it was such a beautiful day! thankyou for staying over to play ALL DAY yay! i hadn't had a good playday like that in ages! And yeah, we could deffinately do other stuff with them

I love you... and my family thinks you guys are amazing and wonderful! They said you were very daring having fire whip around your body with the hula hoops and I looked VERY serious and go "yip" and rolled my eyes at them all and giggled loads....

I am applying for a new job... Learning leader for the Learning and development team.
This is one of my career goals.. I have ALWAYS wanted to do that job...
Flynt has helped me to redo my resume and has been sooo supportive...Thanks Macator, you are my shinig star... I put in the resume yesterday and now I am swotting for information on Basic adult learning structures... Try as I might I cant find anything on the net.. I think I might be searching for the wrong stuff...Anybody here know ANYTHING on it at all??? I have been thinking all about the interview and the questions that they are going to ask me and Im freaking out... I so want this job and I am so passionate about it... I dont wanna screw up.
