oi.

insomnia.

Really don't like it.

I found myself fidgeting with minor little things last night, and found it quite hard to settle down for bed.

I finally did settle down, and slept until my cat crawled onto me for attention. She and I both miss Ms. Mand, though.

That cat went CRAZY last night running from one end of the top of the closet to the other...freak cat of mine.

Today, dead tired, and would rather not be at work, but here I sit....twiddling my thumbs, dreaming of France, dreaming of 2 or 4 months from now.

Hello lady Spit. How are you? I had insomnia but for me that just means it takes me 20 minutes to get to sleep instead of the usual 3! I'm just to laid back for my own good!

I'd like a pair of smarty pants, but only made of the orange and blue ones cuz they're cool ubbrollsmile I remember when smartie packets used to seem so big you could use them like a telescope, but now they barely fit over my finger rolleyes oh well

Yah, you'll be getting up EARLY, and getting to bed late. You'll be fine!

Uhm...it's not cold and rainy in Houston?

Mind you, I really liked Wales, so I'm sure we'll be around to visit at some point. biggrin

*sigh* Mand's off to the Ardeche, today. She's got a long bus ride ahead of her, and limited internet access. Calls will be limited too, since we're not sure how expensive it'll be for me to call her cell phone when she's in france. drat.

Ah well..back to letter writing. biggrin

I'd recommend getting a phone card for that. I've used nobelcom.com before, and they have ones specifically for cell phone calling. Decent rates too...

Oh Thanks Spritie!

I've got something else in mind too....

I've been using masterbell.com, which offers cards at fairly decent rates. It lets you shop for the best card for you.

Mand's also looking into getting a phone card, but there's a question as to whether she can use it with the pay phone. While in Wales, she couldn't use the pay phone with the card...the phone asked for money when she needed to dial pin numbers and the like.

We'll see.
