ubblol Apple Butter Virgin? You've got to be kidding? Really? That's unbelievable! In my humble opinion (OK maybe not humble) Apple Butter beats Marmite, Vegimite and even Nutella hands down, and I have a jar of Nutella in the cupboard.

Nope! Wrong! It's more like a real thick creamy applesauce. I think that's that best way of describing it. I remember Mom making it and it took forever. She made it with cider and I remember her saying it had to be "caramelized".

Oh, I love apple butter...is a jar of it in my fridge, right now...and it's like very thin apple sauce with spices added...like cinnamon and nutmeg...the same types that you'd add to an apple pie...and it's absolutely wonderful on warm raisin bread...

I'm doing...trying to figure out how to pack three months worth of stuff for two females in two bags each...weighing less than 50 lbs each...so that we don't have to pay $100. extra per bag...stupid airlines...oh...and one carry on, each...did I say stupid airlines?

if only I could afford to be a gentleman of leisure... and no need to work, I may well attempt to put into effect the 24hr clothing ban... but... such is life, I have to go to work for 8hrs, 5 days a week plus travel time...

so... for at least part of the day, and given that I'd like a roof over my head and to eat... *sigh*... the clothes must stay...
