Hi all, well ive been using some socks to keep the kevlar clean but when i took them off because they are totally mashed up after a holiday of constant spinning, i have got used to the weight, I was showing off to a friend and so i took the socks off but it felt really out of control, i then wacked myself under my chin and my tongue got in the way. Luckily it didnt take the tip of my tongue off but it almost went all the way through. Okay back on topic, well i need something to replace my sock that is more tougher and can withstand more crashes. Anyone have any ideas?

I used to have tails on my glowstaff but i had to take them off cos they kept whipping me across the face and it hurt.I noticed that the staff moved way quicker without them. I think it's better for the loss. Looks a bit silly with the tail stumps on but they're reflective and catch the light nicely so I'll leave em.------------------C@ntus

Maybe use platic bags instead so they dont soak up fuel and get so heavy.

I put silver foil over my wicks. I used to used plastic bags but hot wicks and plastic bags aren't the best of allies.------------------C@ntus
