ive been trying to for 2 weeks to get the hang of it and everytime i either twat myself in the back of the head or get them behind and cant get them back infront, heeeeeeeeeeelp!!!

once they're behind your head, feel for the position of the poi, when they reach the lowest point start to lift your hands back up and over your head, so that they're at the highest point when switching from behind to infront and vise versa.
