Just thought i'd drop a super quick note to say I have saved myself from a million bruises by using shin pads while learning behind the back stuff, my current obsession. I just take the shin pads, mine are from kick boxing and turn them around so they're covering the backs of my shins and voila no more whacking! Just thought i'd share. Happy spinning

Posted: There's a company called SDL makes clothes with heavy duty rubber rivited to it in stratigic places, I wear one of their corsets while I spin 'cause they look cool.
There's something oddly pleasing about getting bruises, steeper learning curve and all that...
