Do you mean flag poi?
If so you can do a search, there's loads of stuff round here about them. Or you could try ask Dom, as he's pretty knowledgable on 'em me thinks.

I saw the question about flags and there is a great site @ www.spintribe.com that has all kinds of stuff on making flags and flag resources and all. Hope this helps! And there is a site @ www.freeformflags.com that has AWESOME flags! Worth the money, mine are beautiful, flow great and are made very well. I still want to get some of their large flags as well.
