I've just got the split time butterfly down. I'm now trying to do it around the world, i've pulled it off a couple of times but it looks messy, anyone got any ideas to how to keep it looking tidy?
my problem is, when I spin the poi from the foward split time butterfly into the reverse split time butterfly, after spinning 180 degrees (thats my body doing the turning) and then continuing another 180 degrees while trying to get the poi back into the forward split time butterfly it looks untidy.
any ideas?

yeah the timing one the way back forward is a bit of a pain... but with pracitce it works itself out..
