Mines still not beautiful, it was interesting learning it though, I'd always open up my shoulders and that'd bring the pain.
I learned forwards first too, once you get one the other follows a little easier.

yeah, except reverse 5 beat. i can get 4 beat, but for some reason my arms dont want to do that wierd twisty thing on my right side
