Is there a video in which a wrap is being done? I wanna learn one but have never seen it and think that would help. Anyone? What exactly is being done? Thanks.

when you have a glowstick or poi (not fire) you swing in one direction, then put a limb out in the path of the string, above the poi, and get it to wrap around your limb. Then quickly pull away, and it will go in the other direction.
