so last night we had a wicked twirling session i had my video camera there and got some great footage everything was peachy keen. after my girl friend and i went to her parents place to have dinner before going back to her place. for the first time ever i left my video camera in my bag in her car. we only stopped inside for 15-20 minutes when went to leave the locks had been done in and my bag was gone

it took me ages to save the money to buy it and just like that stolen im hoping insurance will cover it. i so dont get how someone can have the mentality to just help themselves to other ppls property. the really bizare thing is that my girl friends car is a heap and the car infront of it was new and hadnt been touched. its not like they could have seen the bag easily either as it was 12.30 at night and the bag was on the car floor

*sigh*

man that totally sucks! they prob chose her car cos it was old, they're easier to get into and usually dont have an alarm. mind you that doesnt always bother them mine was alarmed and the buggers stole the radio and some of my cds, which mean they went through my glovebox. i also had my house broken into, well not actually broken into, i had the back door open while i was cooking(burning stuff) went through to the living room for about 2 mins and some git came in and stole my bag from the kitchen counter.. our house is back off the road and involved him climbing over the back gate .. and being confronted by our dog. just shows how determined they can be! he did step in a whole load of dog poop though and therre was nothing of value in my bag and i cancelled all my cards so he wasted his time really

i live happy in the knowledge that it will come back to them ten fold

That's nuts. But Narr's probably right about why they went for your car instead of the new one.

Once upon a time, when my parents went to parent-teacher night at my high school, their car (a mediocre-looking SUV) got broken into and the thief stole nothing except a bag of my father's dirty clothing.

E pluribus unum, baby.

Some bugger made off with my car CD player but made a point of ejecting my music and leaving it behind. I didn't know whether to be upset or insulted.

There is a slight possibility that I am not actually right all of the time.

On a more humours note (feel free to slap me if its out of place, I'm a little foolish like that), A friend and I returned to his car to find it broken into and the radio ripped out... but left on the passenger seat I mena whats the matter? wasn't good enough for you? You may as well take it, you've gone to the trouble of smashing a pair of windows to get it... So go figure... I just think thieves are stupid, or possessed by alien gang probes or something... either way somethings not ticking over properly in their mind. Or perhaps their shoulder angel has a tumour or something...
