actually, the way the devils are going it may be beneficial to zombify them. could you say that zombies reproduce asexually? i guess their reproduction is reliant on a population of healthy devils isnt it, so while zombification would be beneficial to the tourism industry it may not ensure the survival of the species.
but really, a pirate ninjae combination seems incompatable. how can you have sneaking honourable with loudmouthed doublecrosser? zombie devil or zombie gorilla on the otherhand, i can totally see that working kind of like the infected dogs ala 'resident evil' or more recently 'i am legend'.

As for the Zombie Gorilla, I don't see it as much of a threat as a normal Gorilla, it's probably less of a threat zombified. Just think, with all that rotting 700lbs it's lugging around, one jump would have it's own limbs flying off it's joints and it's not like being a zombie makes it any smarter.
A Zombie Bear might be different though, good luck with that

I prefer a basket of killer tomatoes, personally. You just pelt your enemies with them.
Just...uh... careful that when you pick them up you don't grab them by the sharp end...
