Ok, so it's official! I arrive on Saturday morning, Feb. 22 at LGW and leave on Saturday morning, March 1.
While I'm there, I would like to pop up to Sheffield for a night to see if I can't meet any of the numerous HOPers there. I'll require a couch for a night. Not exactly sure what night, but it will be during the week (i.e. I don't really get any weekends).
Some people have asked me *why* am going to London. Curious that a kid from Michigan should suddenly decide to up and go to London for his spring break. The reason is because...believe it or not...Northwest Airlines is having a fare sale and it's cheaper for me to get to London than it is for me to go to California. Or anywhere else in the U.S. worth visiting. And there's no way I'm sticking around Ann Arbor for a week of vacation (my last vacation for almost a year) at that time of year. So I figured that what with all the fun I had meeting the SoCal crew, I might as well meet the Limey Crew!

P.S. And in commemoration of this historic moment, I have changed my sigline. In fact, the next month will feature all too many Snatch quotes from me.

Mike, as a long time poster on HoP, I'd have thought you'd have at least picked up some of the ediquite.
The moderaters have asked that the term "official" be used only by them. If you want to troll around on a website perhaps you should make your own.

My dear, sweet NYC,
The understanding was that we will no longer have any more "The Official xxxxx Thread" posts. However, proclaiming that "It's Official!" is not against our agreement. Especially since it is quite literally official, seeing as how I have a confirmation number from the airline and all...
