I've started ranting of late about people not voicing their fears, altho I finally realized on some reflection that voicing fears, especially to those we care about about our abilities as concerns them, is, well, challenging. So this is a space which is a mixture of a practice for that and a chance to rant about/work out your own fears....

I'm afraid of making people think I'm too much work
I'm also afraid of seeming too cold... or too forward...
And I'm afraid to let people know when I'm sad, or if I need them

i'm not a big fan of spiders, but that doesn't seem to be the point of this thread.

I find it hard to let my emotions out, but its not really an afraid thing.

I think, i'm afraid of admitting/finding out what i'm afraid of.

I'm afraid of not fitting in with other people, meaning sometimes I try too hard or not enough and still end up being the outcast, bringing the fears to life.

I'm afraid of talking to (having actual conversations with) new people because I don't want to make a bad impression which can often set me off on the wrong foot and can last for life.

I'm afraid of losing those close to me, as I'm often very insecure and rely on people I know well to be there for me (learning to deal with it, slowly).

I also have a fear of and find it hard to express my feelings when I need to (especially the bad emotions).

All these I'm working on, with slow progression and hopefully these fears will one day dissappear.

I'm afraid for my GF. She's not having a good time right now.

I don't care about anything else. I just want her to be alright.

I'm afraid I care too much.

After much consideration, I find that the view is worth the asphyxiation.

i'm scared of the dark,

but more importantly i'm petrified of being in a relationshhip, i'm scared of having someone rely on me, i'm scared of losing my freedom, and i'm scared the people won't see me as myself and just as part of someone else.

I had a dream that my friend had a

I'm afraid of being rejected and of hurting people particularly those that I care about.
I'm afraid that I don't do what's best for myself and that I'll pay for it later.
And I'm terrified of public speaking. eek

Edges.
I'm afraid of edges and steep slopes- not heights (I'm fine on rollercoasters etc), just standing on the edge of something high, or steep.
Kinda scared of my inability to keep my footing - and thus careering down said edge to my death, or pain. eek
More scared on high edges of falling off due to my own fault. Perhaps the "call of the void" or my inability to keep myself safe (I'm pretty clumsy)

Also, like many here, scared of people not liking me.
hug

But mainly scared of edges.

I used to have serious self confidance issues and doing this seemed like the hardest thing in the world to me. Now certain things have change in my life and I'm happy and love getting up in front of the class ubblol

Whats the worst that can happen? If you fudge up, so what? You can laugh at yourself, and the people watching can laugh with you smile
