Woof! Hi guys, I'm Drudwyn the dog, Southampton Universirty Circus Soc's own poi spinning dog boy! I'm currently working down in Grenoble in the French Alps, but when I'm in England, I live in either Folkestone, Gravesend or Southampton, making my life rather fun.
I've been spinning for almost a year after watching some guy spinning on streets in Copenhagen. It looked awesome, and I'd never seen anything like it before, so I bought a pair off the guy and started spinning straight away! After I joined the uni's circus soc, my addiction's only grown, and I'm currently trying to move into jedi territory, and faling miserably. But hey, I can but try!
The best place I've spun has got to be on top a mountain in the dusk as the last rays of sun hit me. It's the most exhilarating feeling ever! 1500 m above sea level, spinning with your friends...
I'm 20, and studying Computer Science, and I'm a Furry (if you hadn't guessed by now
). I'm a punk/jazz guitarist and I'm obsessed with Trance, and I've been known to lose it on a dance floor with out a chemical (apart from H2O) in sight... Poi's just another way of dancing to me, so the flow is everything. And I'm completely obessed with the wonderful work of Pterry Pratchett... (1st of October, the new book, Thud, is released!)I'll be around for a long while yet, so I look forwards to meeting you groovy types soon!

Woof! I've finally got my internet connection back! YAY! I'm back in Southampton again, back in halls, and loving it! I'm hungover, and bouncy as hell, and Nick (my fellah) is on the train coming down now. I gotta leave in a bit to go and pick him up, and I can't wait! I'll be back on here a hell of a lot more now, as I can actually use the net again! Whoo for 10meg connections!
Doc, from what I've seen, there's a hell of a lot of spinners on the scene over there, but I may be completely wrong in that :P And yup, I'm a gay boy. 10 months into a wonderful relationship at the moment... We'll be spending our 1 year down in Brighton, if any of you are going to be around!

Now I'm back in England, I really should edit that first page, get it up to date and so on. Maybe follow the template? What do you guys reckon? On another note, I've found a couple of lesbian hippy spinners around in Soton, but I'm still the only gay one.
