ok i've only been poiing a short while now,but during the last week i've 'hit middle wicket' more times a man can take..10 mins bunny hopping round the house groaning," aaarrrrggghh"each time,so i'm off to JJB to get a cricketers 'box',and laugh in the face of poi based bollx danger...AHAHA HA AHAAA

thanks guys ...just had a great weekend up in bonny scotland in some amazing woodland with 2 other space monkeys, got thru 3 tubs of parrafin 
on pois and clubs,and played djembe and didj till the cows got up. 
!!! I made special friends with 35 mossies and 3 sheep ticks.

I personally feel that nad whacks are one of the best negative reinforcement techniques there is for making you learn better poi very quickly.
so whack away!
also helps if you don't alwyas stand square when you spin...
helps even more if you are a masochist...

I find it worse when they clip u as they go past and just sorta kiss on bollok, damn that has me crying sometimes. I would take a straight on whack over that anyday!
