Internet is back up and working smile

Shadow doggy went to heaven today. daddy came round and was crying, which was weird because men don't cry really.
Got me thinking why there is a stigma against men crying. It's like they're supposed to be all strong and stuff..yet women are alowed to open up the water works at any given time.

I had a little cry with dad but after that I was fine. Shes chasing rabbits and chewing on lots of tasty bone marrow in doggy heaven smile

Handed in my essay this morning. finally got it finished. Didn't eat anything before I left the house and went out into the hot hot sun and felt quite ill walking back to the train station. Sun stroke a-go-go!

I was going to go roller blading along the seafront this afternoon but the weather had gone all poo poo frown

Same, I'm not usually much of a cryer at things, unless im really really upset or angry. But if someone else starts, I feel so sad for them as they feel so bad that they had to cry - and I start crying too! ubblol

[edit]

I feel better now biggrin I'm never sad for long me. I watch springwatch. Lovely programme that is. Good pure family entertainmant.

They did a little section on mayflies, and I was trying to tell mum all about them, but she wouldn't listen!

I know lots about wildlife, but not many people like to hear me telling them about it. They get bored, which is sad. Everybody should know about wildlife. It's an amazing thing.

Even in cities you can have bird boxes! It all halps!

Mayflies are brilliant! They're another species, besides the black widow spider, that show men are only good for one thing - sex! ubblol

I tried to tell henry about mayflies by tricking him into thinking that I needed to talk about something *really* important on MSN.

"I'm risking my internet acess for mayflies?!"

A little lava type creature lives in a pond for a year, then the all crawl out and there skin dries out and breaks open and a little mayfly comes out.
ALL of the lava do this at the same time, so there are hundereds and hundereds of mayflies flying around!
Then the male flies have to find female ones to mate.
They have roughly 24 hours to do this.
Then they die smile

Although 'having a good hard shag' wouldn't be on my list of 'things not to do just before I die'

The males die after mating then the females go and lay eggs and it starts all over again! It's amazing!
Mummy said to me last night she thinks I like nature a bit too much.

Nobody seems that interested in my toad-saving-lifeness story either. I saved its life!
Nor does mummy feel that spending another ocuple of hours pulling weeds up a good option as opposed to using an industrial tank full of weedkiller.

It's horrible. Think of all the wildlife and bug's they're killing in the process!

You could just all the weeds out and put it in your bonfire pile, wait a couple of days for everything to vacate, then set it on fire. And think of all the chemicals going into the ground, that all the wormies are eating frown

I'm having an off couple of days. To begin with I'm getting way way too angry about the merciless muders of earthworms. Secondly I'm getting very veyr paranoid.
I nearly had an attack on the train on monday, and after forcing myself out down to the shops today it felt liek eeeeeeverybody was looking at me. Which wasn't pleasant.
This has got something to do with stupid bitch nurse you-might-be-pregnant woman telling me that I've put on half a stone. I was having quite a nice few weeks of thinking that I look ok, and I was comfortable with my body, then BOOM! Self confidance plumites to zero frown Bint.

At the shops I bought some dried banana, some yoghurt coevered dried banana, some carrot cake, grapes, and 2 punnets of strawberries smile
