Hi, I'm brand spanking new to HOP, never even new it existed until I stumbled upon it recently. Only just starting to get my sea legs as far as the technology thing goes. Just typed poi into a search engine and BAM, Here I am. And right glad I am too.
Been spinning for years on and off, started in South Africa and the enthusiasm kinda waned once I got to the UK and refused to leave the warmth of indoors for months. Years later I am regaining my passion and learnig to accept that 26 degrees celcius is warm.
Think Hop is amazing, looking forward to learning and living and loving and growing.

We will see closer to the time obviously, I really don't want to miss any of th esummer fun, but last time it took 3 months to get better, and it's taking the same sort of strain. I guess it's better to be disappointed from the start just incase...

I know how a bad back feels, luckily mine has been brilliant since my chiropractor, he sorted it with only 2 sessions,

what's wrong with your back? 18 sessions is either a money making scheme, a lifestyle problem (i.e bed) or a serious injury I.e see a specialist. My chiropractor was an old GP he said straight away with minor disc damage, 2-3 sessions and a series of exercises to do at home and I'd be fine.. and he was right. if I need the odd session well and good but if the problem keeps reoccurring to speak to my doctor about a specialist

Well I've always done damage to my back...but what had happened last time is that I popped something out that shouldn't have popped out, corrected it myself (but not correctly). I basically felt the bone had moved on my lower spine, shat myself and popped it back in by doing the crab. Some pain but nothing major. Then a few months later I fell down the stairs on to my knees out poped something again. A few weeks later- serious pain and inability to move properly. So thats when I went to see the chiropractor last time. I had healed incorrectly AND needed to be corrected, thats why there were so many. It's not as bad as it was last time though, I am a lot more flexible today than I was yesterday. It took me half an hour to get from horizontal to sitting yesterday

I would like to go to the beach this weekend as this week has been so nice (actual t-shirt weather!) but today is rubbish, so it might not be such a warm weekend...hmmm....

Good morning all! The weekend was very good thank you!
Went out friday night for a few drinks then on Saturday miss Aimee came to see us and we spent most of the day on the beach (the weather was soooo nice!). Saturday night went out for a few drinks again and then a bit of a boogie before heading back to a friends house for a bit of a party. I unfortunately found no time to sleep on saturday in all the excitement and spent all say Sunday having a bbq on the beach with lots of lovely friends before heading back to my house to wrap the weekend up with a few more drinks with a couple of other friends and eventually getting to bed. Very tired this morning though.

weekend was good.. went to a forest market with russ and flynt on saturday, went n got a fishnet shirt that afternoon, that night we saw 'ross noble' then went to a club. sunday we slept til 1pm, then eventually went twirling in the city. all in all a good weekend
