Howzit all! Been browsing the site for a while and so figured I might as well get down to introducing maself! Most people just call me Stevi and I've been performing fire poi for about a year now. I usually live in South Africa but at the mo I'm in Canada doing Rotary Youth Exhcange for a year - nice break inbetween high school and university. Not much more to say other than hopefully you'll be hearing more from me - LOL!

Hey all!
Lighting was fairly close with the meaning of my sign. It's a tongue twister that my South African friends and I always use - if someone can still say it properly it means that they haven't had too much to drink just yet, lol. It's in Afrikaans and means 'two Impala rams jump over three balls of knitting wool' - yip, the Afrikaans version sounds much better!

Howdy Pink!
My ultimate colour is orange! I got addicted to poi after seeing various fire poi performers at concerts and clubs around my area in South Africa. I started off with sme basic flag poi and a few months after that, after seeing some incredible fire poi at South Africa's Woodstock Music Festival, I started with fire.

Howzit Ewal ma boet! No worries man, I currently have a couple of buds out in the UK. My bro is there working for HSBC Bank Group and he tells me that all lof his buds in London are South African. Where abouts in SA are you from? I'm a Benoni, Gauteng girl maself.
