Anyone have any ideas how I can get from darkest Cornwall up to Play? Will consider most ideas.

In the mean time, go to your local cinema and watch "Taking Liberties", it's amazing and a must see for everyone who thinks we're free.

These
are the desolate dark weeks
when nature in its bareness
equals the stupidity of man

The year plunges in to night
and the heart plunges
lower than night

to an empty windswept place
without sun, stars or moon
but a peculiar light as of thought

That spins a dark fire-

Ok, few bits of news.

The last two times i've been out spinning things have not exactly gone to plan. The first time all went well, then at some point during the night someone stole my staff and both sets of poi from outside my house. The second time some nutter in an England shirt grabbed a wooden practice stick and tried to beat me up with it. So i ain't goin' out for a bit.

My landlord just came over and evicted me. I have to move out a.s.a.p. for non-payment of rent. Balls.

It don't rain but it pours eh?

Love to all

Keep in touch? With HoP? I try to, but i guess i'm getting to that jaded stage of having-read-the-same-threads-again-and-again-for-years that the auld skoolers used to go on about when i was but a n00b. wink

Went to the bank today to convert my account from a student one to a graduate one - should mean a few hundred quid more on my overdraft, and should enable me to move in to a new place (assuming i find one.)

Just to add to everything, i just dropped my CJ ball for the *very first time* - straight onto a drinking glass, which has scratched it a beauty and embedded tiny bits of glass in it. Anyone know a way of removing it without scratching it further? I am gutted, as it was so lovely and flawless for about 6 months.

Right, i've been awake for about 30 hours now, so i'm gonna attempt to stop my brain and get some rest. Here's hoping.

Big love.

i have moved to a house overlooking falmouth harbour...from my bed i can see for miles and miles and it's beautiful...don't have any internet at home now, so i have to come to the pub at the end of the road (20 yards from my front door) in order to use theirs. I'm trying to get used to living above ground again, and adjusting to life without the girl. not easy.

workin in the video shop, trying to spin as much fire as i can, but it's difficult when all my stuff got nicked! Grrr.

Moved house again, as my landlord was a loony who kept popping over whenever he felt like it, and didn't believe in tenancy contracts...

Now in a lovely place with a tumble dryer, a gym, and a little black cat who sleeps on me every night. Things are lookin' up. Now i'm compiling a list of all the people i owe money too... Scary.

How's everyone else?

Wow. Has it really been a year since i've been in here? Crikey! I'm in Laaaandaaaan at the moment, floating about. It's lots of fun, even tho i have to stay with my mum, and i get nagged at constantly. At least the sun is shining!

It appears to be working like that, yeah. Maybe I'll get to a point where I actually start coming in here regularly again. It is very weird being able to read what was happening in my life almost ten years ago.

I am in Bristol at the moment, looking for places to live that aren't Falmouth. It's gonna be sad to leave Cornwall, but I think after however long I've been there, the time has definitely come.

Maybe we should have one last FALMOUTH before I move?
